Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
- Small Items: Items that are 96" or less in length.
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days within Ontario, Canada.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Freight Shipping
- Long/Large/Heavy Items: Thick plates, large tubing, bulk orders, items longer than 96".
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days within Canada
- Cost: Quote provided before order confirmation
Local Pickup
- Available: At our facility by appointment
- Cost: Free
- Hours: 8:00AM-5:30PM
- Requirements: Valid ID and order confirmation
Shipping Costs
- Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
- Heavy steel products may require freight shipping
- Rural or remote locations may incur additional fees
- Shipping costs displayed at checkout before payment
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
- Custom Cut Items: 3-5 business days
- Large Orders: May require additional processing time

Special Handling
- Steel products are packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Fragile or precision-cut items receive extra protection

Delivery Requirements
- Residential Delivery: Additional fees may apply for heavy items
- Commercial Delivery: Preferred for large orders
- Signature Required: For orders over $500 CAD
Shipping Damage
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery
- Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
- Photos required for damage claims
- We will work with carrier to resolve issues
