At WeMachine & Fabricate, we are committed to providing high-quality steel and metal fabrication materials. Due to the specialized nature of our products and custom cutting services, we have established the following return policy.

Returns Policy

We do not currently accept returns on steel and metal products except in the following circumstances:

Wrong Items Shipped

If we have shipped incorrect items that do not match your order, we will gladly accept returns and provide:

  • Full refund or replacement of the correct items
  • Coverage of return shipping costs
  • Expedited processing of your correct order

How to Report Shipping Errors

If you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  2. Include: Order number, description of items received vs. ordered, and photos if possible

Why We Don't Accept General Returns

  • Steel products are often custom cut to specifications
  • Materials may be contaminated or damaged during handling
  • Storage and handling requirements for steel products
  • Quality assurance standards for resale
